Self Referral Exercise Scheme

We are pleased to announce our Self Referral Exercise scheme.

The scheme aims to help those with various health issues such as suffering from depression, anxiety, BMI of 25 and over, blood pressure etc. to gain back control of their health and wellbeing through exercise.

As part of our charitable objectives, we are offering 20 FREE spaces on our scheme. This will be on a first come first serve basis. 

The Self-Referral Exercise scheme is a 12-week membership that offers regular, low impact activity with a familiar group of people and instructors. You will progress at your own pace, with support to build long term behavior changes.
