Mountain Bike Trails

Cyclopark has 6 kilometres of Mountain Bike trails running throughout. The park was designed by World Cup trail designer, Hugh Clixby.
From beginners, to those who thrive on the challenge of adrenaline. Each trail has been designed for different abilities.
Mountain Bike Tracks:
Access for cyclists with their own bikes & helmets during public sessions cost just £6.50. We have 3 Mountain bike trails available here at the park:
- Blue - Family Route
- Red - Medium Route
- Black - Hardest Route
Riding after dusk
The Mountain Bike Trails are available for use after dusk.
What you'll need:
- Always a minimum of 2 riders together
- Minimum of 600 lumens (light power/brightness).
- Sign in at reception with emergency contact no.
Cyclo-Cross
Cyclo-Cross sessions are available during winter months.
This style of racing requires a special set of skills that stem from racing mountain bikes, road bikes and to some extent, running. Within our seasonal coached sessions, riders can expect preparation for the unique demands required of this growing winter sport.
Junior Cyclo-Cross Training: Coached sessions with a focus on handling, off camber and general bike maintenance along with much more! Tuesday evenings: 5.30pm - 7pm
Adult Cyclo-Cross Training: Coaching sessions with the main focuses on specific skills, mounting and dis-mounting, off camber practice and much more! Tuesday evenings: 7pm - 9pm
There is also an external club that trains at Cyclopark on a Tuesday evening, offering coaching for all abilities up to National Champions! Please contact Team Darenth's Facebook page for more information
