This class imitates outdoor cycle, but it is indoors and on stationary bikes.
Riders determine their own levels of effort throughout the class. Our instructors will encourage and motivate riders to ensure they benefit fully from the session.
Every Thursday 11am – 11.30am
£5 per person.
Spin exercise improves posture and body alignment and builds confidence.
Riders need to be able to sit unaided on a stationary bike.
