Our Fitness Class Policy:

  • Cyclopark have a no refund policy
  • If you cancel within 4 hours of the class you will receive a £4.00 booking fine that must be paid at reception at your next visit.
  • If you cancel a class online, with more than 4 hours’ notice, you will NOT receive a booking fine (£4.00)
  • If you cancel the class with reception and give more than 4 hours’ notice, we will be able to move your booking to another date/time

We politely ask you do not book a class with us unless you are sure you are able to attend!

High intensity interval training, using very short bursts of extremely intense aerobic exercises, with slower recovery periods.

Improving strength, endurance, power and mobility, this class has it all.

A class that will help train your body as a complete unit, building muscle and burning fat!

Your instructor will use techniques to take you from fast flats to steep climbs.

Hatha Yoga:

This form of Yoga is great for:

Vinyasa Yoga:

Improving strength, endurance, power and mobility, this class has it all.

A class that will help train your body as a complete unit, building muscle and burning fat!

Vinyasa essentially means movement synchronised with breathe. It's vigorous style is based on a rapid flow through sun salutations and a continuous flow from one yoga posture to the next.

Cross fit style gym for 30-minute HIIT classes.  Using free weights, slams balls, battle ropes, wall balls, Concept SkiErgs machines, Concept 2 Rowing machines and AirBikes.

Park H.I.I.T:

High Intensity Training that takes place in the fitness studio. Making use of the gym equipment for very short bursts of extremely intense exercises.

A fun, low impact, chair based exercise class to music, that includes gentle exercise to improve muscular strength, flexibility, balance, range of motion, while gently toning muscles and joints.    Followed by a cuppa and a chat in our spacious cafe.  A great way to get active and meet new people.

Combat Club is BACK!
A fast paced, fun, boxing style fitness class. Incorporating a range of fight stances and exercises to improve your fitness

Expect, pushups, squats, lunges and crunches — as well as drills and sprints, resistance and strength training in one class.. A boot camp workout will include functional fitness, such as using whole-body, multijoint exercises that simulate movements people do in life.

Unfortunately, women tend to lose muscle mass and gain abdominal fat around perimenopause and menopause.  Regular weight training helps boost your metabolism and stimulate muscle building cells.  Weight training helps provide the strength building stimulus women need as oestrogen decline.  By introducing heavy weights into your exercise regime, bone loss can be slowed down and help lower the risk of fractures and osteoporosis.  Don’t forget that exercising regular boosts your mood and helps ward off depression.

Learn to train with dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells with form and effectiveness in our 5 week clinic.
