Forget digging your old bikes out the shed and wrestling them into the car – simply use ours!

What You Need To Know!
Bike and helmet hire is booked exclusively online, through our Online Bike Hire Booking System!
With the ability to view real-time equipment availability, you will be able to see what bike is available on any given day, so you can plan your visit, hassle-free!
We do NOT hire the following the bikes/vehicles:
- Bikes with stabilisers
- Electric bikes
- BMX Bikes
- Scooters / skateboards
- Road bikes
- Full suspension mountain bikes
Our hire bikes and helmets can only be used at the venue, on the designated tracks and trails. Hire bicycles cannot be used in the skatepark.
Please ensure that you can ride confidently before hiring bicycles. We do not have stabiliers on any of our hire bikes.
Helmet Compulsory:
Helmets are compulsory for all users when riding at Cyclopark. Please ensure you bring your own helmet, or ensure you hire one below when hiring a bike.
Availability:
Hire bike quantity is subject to the availability listed online, however Circuit / MTB trail availability can be limited due to events and coaching sessions – please check the Circuit Timetable to see what’s open.

Step 1: Find Size!
Before starting your hire, please use the Size Charts below to find the best piece of equipment for your ride.
Adult Hire Bikes
Our Adult Hire bikes have 27.5″ wheels, and varying frame sizes (S, M & L). For adult bikes, please use the sizing chart below:

Child Hire Bikes
Our Child Hire bikes range from 16″ wheels to 26″ wheel sizes. Please use the sizing guide chart below to find the best fit for your child.

Please be aware that these size charts are recommendations and your child may need to size up, or size down.
Step 2: Choose Time!
Please select the date and time you wish to hire our equipment.
Equipment can be hired from 2 to 6 hours per hire. Please be aware of our Operating Hours:

Step 3: Choose Kit!
Choose from our range of hire bikes and helmets!
Hire bikes are labelled as Adult OR child, followed by the wheel size (eg. 27.5″). Please ensure that you select the bike that is best suited to your height, based on the size charts above.
Cyclopark is a Helmet Compulsory venue!
Please ensure you either hire a helmet in advance, or you have selected the ‘Own Helmet’ product from the list below, if you will be bringing your own.
Helmets are not included with Hire Bikes. Please hire a helmet seperately if you do not have your own.
None of our bicycles have stabilisers!
Please ensure all members of your party can cycle confidently and unaided before hiring bicycles. If you’re child cannot ride, please consider hiring a balance bike!
Adult and Children Hire Bikes Usage!
Adult and children Hire Bikes can only be ridden on the Road Circuit and Mountain bike Trails. They cannot be used in the Skatepark, or CycloLand.
Balance Bike Usage!
Balance Bikes can only be used in the Play Park, CycloLand and Skatepark (during Under 8’s and Mixed Sessions). Balance bikes cannot be used on the Road Circuit or Mountain bike Trails.
Bike Trailer Usage!
Bike Trailer can only be used with a Cyclopark Adult Mountain Hire Bike. Please hire both a Bike and Bike Trailer
Bike Trailer can only be used on the Road Circuit. Bike Trailer cannot be used on the Mountain bike Trails, Play Park, CycloLand and Skatepark.
Step 4: Checkout!
Now that you have selected your bike and helmet, please head to the checkout by hitting the Green Basket.
To ensure equipment and hire periods are returned and respected, a 20% security deposit will be automatically applied at the checkout.
This amount will be returned to your card if the hire equipment is returned within your hire period.
Any damages to hire equipment may be charged at the point of return, should the Cyclopark team deem the use of equipment to be incorrect or dangerous.

Membership Holders: Listen Up!
Members are entitled to FREE Bike & Helmet Hire as part of their membership.
However, with the introduction of our new online Bike Hire booking system, members must first validate their membership to enable them to book bikes, online for FREE!
If you have already done this, please click here.
Use the login details you created to checkout to receive your FREE bike hire!
Validation process may take up to 7 days. Once validated, Membership holders will be promoted to create a password. Please login with your email and password at the point of checkout, to access this system for FREE as part of your membership!

Damage Charges
Keeping a fleet of 100+ bikes running smoothly and safely is not easy, or cheap… with labour and replacement part prices at an all time high, incorrect use of equipment can quickly result in bikes becoming out of action and costly to replace!
We get it – punctures, scuffs, scrapes and wear and tear are unavoidable, especially when riding off-road.
However, some damage is a result of user error, or lack of respect.
Any damages to hire equipment may be charged after the point of return, should the Cyclopark Charity team deem the damage to be casued by incorrect, or dangerous use of equipment.
